Lola Vice has last laugh against former teacher Shayna Baszler in Underground match in NXT Battleground

Lola Vice beats Shayna Baszler in the Underground match in the NXT Battleground. The star wrestler had the last laugh against her former teacher and put an end to their clash. The match started with both wrestlers measuring each other. Both of them exchanged punches and tried to damage their opponent. After a few minutes, Baszler started to dominate. She held on to the lock and forced Lola to submit.

As Vice somehow stayed in the match by kicking Baszler through the corner of the ring, Baszler attempted to take her opponent out. But Lola came up with her block. Shayna's back seemed to be giving up. There were many such locks throughout the match. Shayna tried to take out Lola through the table. But Lola escaped and tried to force Shayna for the submission.

Baszler seemed to have hurt her knee a few moments later. As Lola attempted for her finisher, both wrestlers went outside the ring and worked out. Shayna took out the guards outside the ring. Lola came back and delivered a super kick. Lola took out Baszler through the steel stage and damaged her former teacher. It was like the final nail in the coffin for Baszler's chances in the match.

Axiom And Nathan Frazer defend the Tag Team Championship

Lola returned to the ring and delivered a series of punches to Shayna. The referee stepped in and stopped Vica from doing any further damage. It seemed like the Raw Superstar gave up and referee declared Lola the winner. The 2-time NXT Women's Champion could not believe what happened. But it was probably a bit too late for her. Vice claimed an impressive win.

Earlier in the night, The OC challenged Axiom and Nathan Frazer for the Tag Team Championship. The Anderson brothers delivered a great performance and forces the champions to be at their best. In the last few minutes, the champions came good and took out the challengers. An incredible finisher from Axiom followed by Frazer helped them to claim a win via pinfall.
