Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods cooked each other with a fiery segment on WWE Raw ahead of the 10-year anniversary of the New Day. While Kofi claimed Woods threw away a lot of shots at different titles, the latter returned saying KofiMania was possible because of him and the star wrestler lost in six seconds to Brock Lesnar.
Kofi and Woods had a match with Alpha Academy after a backstage segment last week on the red brand. The match was a squash as Kofi and Woods got distracted with each other's moves. It helped Otis and Tozawa Akira to claim an easy win. After the match, Kofi Kingston and Woods had an argument from the arena till the backstage segment.

Woods said he could not expect anything from Kofi who was wrestling like garbage. Kingston replied saying Xavier was not any better either. The former world champion said he gave his opportunity to have a shit at the IC title to Woods. Kofi added that he helped Woods in the King of the Ring tournament.

Kofi took a dig at his mate and said Woods fumbled the crown and the title shot. Kofi said he and Big E did not let Woods call the shots saying Woods was reckless and took unnecessary risks. Woods replied saying Kofi was terrified to take any shot at the world title till he came.
He added that Kofi got a shot at the world title due to his risks. Woods said he was the reason Kofi became the world champion. Kofi replied saying he was already a Hall of Famer when Woods joined him and hence wanted his help.
Kofi cooked Woods by saying he had never been a world champion. He believed Woods wasn't good enough like him and Big E. Xavier reminded Kofi about the KofiMania and said it was handed over to him. He concluded saying Kingston fumbled it by losing to Brock in six seconds. It was one of the best segments lately.
