Kevin Owens made a massive claim on Cody Rhodes. The star wrestler said he was asked to not show up on WWE Smackdown but was still in the arena to confirm a thing or two. KO claimed that it was Cody Rhodes who attacked him and not the other way around at Bad Blood. What followed was a brawl between him and Randy Orton.
KO entered the arena out of nowhere and interrupted the entrance of Jakara Jackson and Lash Legend who had a match against the tag team champions. He took the mic and wanted to say something on Cody before the connection was cut. KO went to the commentary box and took the headphone of Corry Greaves.

Kevin Owens claimed that it was Cody who attacked him at Bad Blood and not the other way around. It brought Cody from the locker room who wanted to address Cody's issue. The security guards, referees, Nick Aldis, and Randy Orton came to maintain peace in the middle.

Randy managed to stop Cody Rhodes from attacking KO. He then went to the ring and tried to coonsole KO. Instead, the latter attacked the former and was not ready to listen to the Viper. It forced the Apex Predator to give a punch on Kevin's face. The former world champion was surprised with it.
He went silently into the stands. Randy expressed as if to say he did not mean to hurt KO but the star wrestler brought it upon himself. Cody and Randy went backstage and had a bit of a conversation with Nick. The Smackdown GM wanted Cody to concentrate on his match against Gunther.
Aldis was happy that Randy was trying to make peace between the duo. Little did he know that even the Viper would meet the fate of Cody. KO attacked Randy backstage on Smackdown later in the night. Aldis had to intervene to stop Owens from attacking one of his former friends. It seems like there are a lot of things to be addressed.
