In the podcast, Kross narrated what transpired between him, Scarlett, and WWE. The star wrestler said that he was offered a new contract with WWE, while his soulmate, Scarlett, was excluded from the new deal. Kross was surprised and revealed that he wanted to know on what metrics WWE was not willing to extend a contract with his wife.

Kross added that WWE did not want to reveal the reason behind their offer and gave him an ultimatum of 24 hours to confirm his decision. As Karrion wasn't happy with the deal, WWE rescinded, leading to his and Scarlett's exit. The star wrestler confirmed that he and Scarlett still want to be a part of the WWE roster.

While Kross said he and his wife are working towards convincing WWE for a new contract, many felt it could still be a work, especially because his book launch was promoted by WWE days before his exit. When asked if it was a work or not, Karrion claimed many believe it could be a work, given how Seth Rollins' injury and R-Truth's stories panned out.

He confirmed it was not a work and added that many companies approached him for deals. The Final Testament star said AEW had not contacted him yet, as the promotion was unaware if Kross's exit was work or legitimate. Fans wished to see both Kross and Scarlett back in WWE.
