Gunther retains world title against Randy Orton at WWE Bash in Berlin

Gunther retained his world title against Randy Orton at WWE Bash in Berlin 2024. The Ring General overcame the Viper after a gruelling battle in which the latter was the most dominant one. In the end, Gunther managed to claim a win via submission and stood tall. After the match, Gunther acknowledged the efforts of Randy by shaking his hands.

Both Randy Orton and Gunther had great entrances. The fans sang Randy's song and were invested in the match right from the beginning. On the other hand, Gunther was welcomed by Ludwig Kaiser. The fans joined the announcement and ensured they were involved in the match. It took a few minutes for Randy and Gunther to realize how great the arena and atmosphere in Berlin were. Randy, in particular, was completely mesmerized.

The Ring General went for his submission lock yet again. Randy countered it with a power bomb. However, the third submission lock meant that Orton had no option but to tap out. Gunther gave a had shake to Randy after the win.
