Triple H gave a hint about Brock Lesnar's potential date of returning to WWE. In a show recently, the former world champion was asked about the comeback of the Beast. The head of the creative team said that one must ask Brock about his return. The Hunter then claimed that Lesnar was in Canada watching his kids play Hockey and enjoying life.
"You’d have to ask Brock Lesnar that. Brock does his own thing. He’s up in Canada I’m sure, watching his kids play hockey and enjoying life," said Paul Levesque in the interview. He made a huge claim on Brock's return. The 14-time world champion added that if Lesnar felt like returning, the company would be ready to have conversations with him.
"If and when he decides that he would like to do something, we’d be open to the conversation. But, we’ll see," added Triple H in the show. The fans wondered if the Beast would return at SummerSlam. It would be apt for Lesnar to return to the upcoming PLE for several reasons. the biggest of them being it would be a massive surprise.
Why Brock Lesnar returning at SummerSlam would be fitting?
The fans are expecting the return of Roman Reigns, which would be sensational. But WWE under Hunter has cooked massive unexpected returns that can surprise the fans. The return of CM Punk at the Survivor Series was one such. If Brock returns when not many expect him to, it could lead to a massive pop which could even overshadow the return of the Tribal Chief.
Moreover, SummerSlam has been synonymous with Lesnar. Some of his biggest moments like the 2014 match against John Cena, the 2018 match against Daniel Bryan, the massive return in 2021, and the match against Cody Rhodes in 2023 have all come in the PLE. He last appeared on WWE against Cody Rhodes in the above-mentioned match at SummerSlam. He has been out of action for over a year.
