Following the victory, with a huge aggregate scoreline of 7-1. Manchester United players indulged in a funny yet heartwarming celebration with their loyal fans. The celebration involved United players - Amad Diallo and Rasmus Hojlund taking a video of their funny antics on a fan's smartphone. The fan was astonished and flabbergasted at the gesture of the United players.
Manchester United entered the fixture at the back of a commanding 3-0 victory in the first leg. The hosts didn't get the best of the stars as Athletic Bilbao threatened to make inroads with their opening goal in the 31st minute. The visitors kept their lead until half-time. However, things took a drastic turn in the second half as the United players appeared possessed and looked to put the final nails in the coffin of Bilbao.
Substitute Mason Mount scored the equaliser for the hosts in the 72nd minute. Veteran Casemiro scored the second goal for United in the 79th minute. Hojlund's strike followed in the 85th minute. Mason Mount scored a brace in the 3rd minute of stoppage to seal United's fate.
Manchester United will feature in their third Europa League final. They will look to repeat the heroics of 2017 against Tottenham Hotspur in the finals at San Mames.
