Serie A giants AC Milan on course to sign Tottenham Hotspur full-back

AC Milan is interested in Brazilian right-back Emerson Royal, who plays for Tottenham at the moment. The newly appointed Rossoneri head coach, Paulo Fonseca, believes that the class of 1999 is the best candidate to play right defensive flank. Giorgio Furlani and Geoffrey Moncada are attempting to provide the Portuguese coach with his initial reinforcement.

The renowned Italian journalist Fabrizio Romano claims on his X profile that Emerson Royal and AC Milan have established fresh direct communication. Though talks between the teams have not yet resulted in an agreement, it is anticipated that they will give in to the player's desire.

Emerson wants to make the move to the San Siro whilst there continues to be a gap between both teams, having given the go-ahead in May. To release Emerson, Tottenham is asking for roughly 25 million euros. Discussions are still going on between both the clubs and no transfer fees have been agreed upon.
