It appears that Napoli striker Victor Osimhen's desired move to the Premier League may not materialize. The 25-year-old has attracted interest from Chelsea and Al Ahli in Saudi Arabia, but it seems that his future remains uncertain.
Despite Osimhen's wish to leave Italy, Chelsea opted to secure Jadon Sancho on loan instead of pursuing the Serie A star. With the transfer deadline in England approaching, it seems that a move to the Middle East could be Osimhen's best option for regular first-team football.
Fabrizio Romano's Update on Osimhen's Future with Napoli
Earlier, famous football transfer journalist Fabrizio Romano described Oshimen's relations with Seria A Club Napoli as being 'completely broken'. Romano revealed that the Nigerian is not moving to Stamford Bridge this season. In any case, if Oshimen stays at Napoli he is sure to be not involved in any fixture.
Fabrizio Romano stated on his X:- "No agreement with Chelsea and #CFC delegation now leaving Napoli. If nothing happens from Saudi next 3 days, Osimhen will stay at Napoli but he’s NOT gonna be part of the first team squad."

Osimhen's Rise in Europe
Osimhen has garnered significant attention over the last couple of seasons due to his impressive rise to prominence in European football. His dynamic playing style, characterized by exceptional speed and a keen eye for goal, has captured the interest of top clubs such as Arsenal, Real Madrid, and PSG.
According to Transfermarkt, the Nigerian Striker is valued at an impressive €100 million (£84.2 million), making him a coveted player in the transfer market. Given the substantial valuation, it may pose a financial challenge for most Premier League clubs to acquire his services. There is speculation from FourFourTwo that Osimhen is likely to continue his career in Italy and could potentially secure a move to England as early as January next year.
