Talk about a total domination from the very beginning, Young have now managed to secure the FC24 Esports World Cup Semifinals after taking down AbuMakkah. Young did not even let his opponent come close to the score and bagged an easy trip to the Grand Final against Jafonso.

One could sense from the beginning in which direction the game was headed. Securing a goal three minutes into the game, Young announced his presence. His second goal also came soon enough and just for good measures, he ended the first half with another goal, gaining a massive lead over AbuMakkah.

The second half also saw a similar opening with an early score for Young, making his opponent sweat. However, since it's FC24 we are talking about, last moment comebacks are not impossible. AbuMakkah stepped up to secure back to back, but the finish line was still far away.

At this point, Young also started to try and deny first score and went on the offensive to keep his opponent engaged. He then went on to secure two more goals by the 90-minute mark to deny any chance for a comeback and even managed to squeeze in another during extra time, ending the game in a 7-2 scoreline and making his way into the Grand Final.

Young to face Jafonso in a decisive battle

One final game remains before the first ever Esports World Cup champion for FC24 is announced. Both players are primed to take the spot and have worked hard for this moment. Jafonso took down PHzin in an intense comeback and will now come face to face with another Young talent.

Young on the other hand will face the person who bested him in the Group Stage and will likely be aiming for a payback not only for that but for his fellow countrymen PHzin.
