Venom Gaming shines on Day 2, while GodLike still struggling at BGIS Semifinals Week 2

Another day for the Battlegrounds Mobile India Series (BGIS) Semifinals Week 2 concludes, and we move another step closer to locking in our final eight teams for the grand finals. Venom Gaming saw a complete change of pace as the team jumped to the top spot. Sadly, the same cannot be said for GodLike Esports who seems to be struggling.

BGIS 2024 Semifinals Week 2 Day 2 Overview

The second day saw Voltx Gaming do the honours with the first chicken dinner. Reckoning Esports and Hyderabad Hydras were also close by in the second and third spots. While not the strongest win, Reckoning later managed to convert that into a win in the second match.

Venom Gaming took the third map while having a good impact across other matches. GodLike Esports also managed to secure a win on the second day with decent points, unfortunately, the team wasn’t able to showcase their skills across other games.

The fifth match went in favour of Galaxy Esports, who managed to hold onto the second spot this time with 69 points, nice. Carnival Gaming ended the day with a 24-point chicken dinner and climbed up to the third spot, just one point behind Galaxy Esports.

The competition seems to have increased a lot for BGIS 2024 since the comeback of BGMI last year. New teams are challenging veterans and even managing to overtake them on several occasions.
