Monster Hunter fans recently witnessed the open beta for Monster Hunter Wilds, which turned out to be a massive success. Now Capcom, in partnership with Tencent’s Timi Studio, is bringing the popular series to mobile with Monster Hunter Outlanders. The game was officially revealed today and is a full-fledged open-world mobile game.
The first look at the announcement trailer does leave a satisfying impression as it not only features cinematic which is usually in the past but was a way to pull the wool over the eyes but also gameplay bits with exploration featuring monsters and a detailed open world. Sadly, details regarding the game are close to zero as it was just announced. All people can now do is presume what their will be.
Since the game is Monster Hunter, it is safe to presume there will be Monster Hunting. Other than that, the trailer showcased the usual activities through exploration like Swimming, Gliding, and rock climbing. There was also a time when a monster attacked the character which was great little detail.
The only question that remains is the performance as these games are big, and riddled with items, monsters, equipment, and mechanics. Maintaining 60 fps on a regular device is likely not possible for a game of this scale, and it should not be a focus either, as it will cook the device real soon.

Call of Duty Mobile developers on the helm
Bringing the game to life is Timi Studios, a subsidiary of Tencent, which is known to specialize in mobile games. The studio has created Call of Duty Mobile, which also boasts millions of players globally and is a big esports title.
This time, the studio has teamed up with Capcom to create a new open-world mobile game. Open-world games on mobile devices are not a groundbreaking innovation. Genshin Impact along with other games exists and most recently, people were even able to run GTA 5 on Android devices through emulation. Presumably bringing a detailed environment with different mechanics, and creatures, is impressive.
