Prior to IHC Esports being named as the invited teams, BGMI fans were speculating that this year, Team XSpark might see that invite. This is due to their incredible performance in the BGIS 2024 and BMPS 2024 tournaments, both of which were hosted by Krafton India.
By securing the top spot across both tournaments, Team XSpark became the first team to do so. However, fans were left waiting as no BGMI teams were selected to represent India during one of the biggest PUBG Mobile tournaments.
