Early PUBG Mobile and BGMI days are still considered among the best free of the new DBS meta. In order to reminisce those days, Soul Aman is hosting a BGMI event, inviting 16 teams to compete against each other. The interesting thing here is that shotguns are banned and players need to use regular guns and skills.

The tournament is a throwback to much simpler times in PUBG Mobile, as players had to perform peak skills with much lower fps in the game. Some popular teams include GodLike, 8Bit, Mogo Esports and Soul which were also specifically chosen to bring the OG players, who actually had to work much harder back in the day.

Fans who want to check out the matches can visit the YouTube channel of Soul Aman, where they can find VODs for the tournament matches. The main focus here is to bring back the focus on weapons like M416, AKM and a few others which were popular choices for every player back in the day.

The tournament features a prize pool of Rs 50,000 which may not seem much, but fans need to remember that the event is to reignite the competitive spark among everyone. This isn’t an official BGMI tournament, but instead a one-man creation to provide a glimpse to the early days of the game.
