Minecraft thanks players for an incredible year
The sales count for Minecraft is over 300 million, making it the best-selling game of all time. The game runs on almost all platforms with minimal system requirements, so it’s no wonder the stats were that impressive. For that, Mojang has expressed their gratitude.
At the moment, the developers have yet to reveal their plans for 2025. However, this year was the beginning of consistent updates for Minecraft, which the developers plan to continue. If that remains the case, the next year is also expected to be very similar.
“We’re really excited to see what the next year of game drops brings—and what you’ll create from them. But for now, we just wanted to say thank you. Thank you for making our fifteenth year extra special,” the official post wrote.
