Talking to IGN, the producer revealed that they are open to bringing a Nintendo Switch 2 port for Marvel Rivals. Wu also reported that they are working with Nintendo on this matter saying, “We're already in contact with Nintendo and working on some development kits. And whenever we find that we could provide great performance for our game on Switch 2, we're open to that,” said the producer hinting that Marvel Rivals may be available on Switch 2.
Talking further on the matter, he also revealed why the game didn’t launch on the original Switch. “The reason why we didn't launch it onto the Switch, is it was the first generation of that device they cannot provide a great experience for our gameplay,” he added.
