Football star Lionel Messi is claimed to be joining the world of Fortnite in an upcoming collaboration. The 37 years Argentine footballer is considered as one of the GOATs worldwide. There are already a few collabs with other popular footballers like Neymar and Marco Reus, it was only a matter of time before stars like Ronaldo and Messi made an appearance.

This information comes from popular Fortnite leaker HYPEX on X. While the details regarding the collab were not present, the news in itself was enough to get the fans excited. HYPEX also have a great track records with these leaks, so there is a good chance it will be true, it’s just a matter of ‘when’.

Along with Lionel Messi as a character, players will likely get other accessories including back bling, related emotes, glider, pickaxe and more. As per the datamine, terms like ‘Streetwear Spark Messi’ were also mentioned, meaning an alternative outfit may also be coming.
