Christmas is almost here and everyone knows it’s time to pick up some free games from Epic Games Store. As per reports, Epic Games will be giving away 16 games this month, with the next mystery game available within 12 hours. At the moment, gamers can still pick up Bus Simulator 21 and LEGO Star Wars The Skywalker Saga.

The leak comes from a dataminer billbil-kun who reported that the games will be given away with Holiday Sale 2024 on Epic Games Store which is set to commence on December 12. Alongwith that, they also revealed the dates when the games will be available.

It is also reported that some of these free rewards may also be DLCs. The first game will be available for an entire week from December 12 to 19. However, the following games will be available for only a day, so players will have to grab them quickly. The final mystery game will also be available for a week from January 2 to 9.

Gamers can expect some incredible games

The year-end giveaway is usually the best when it comes to Epic Games handing out free games. Last year kicked off with free Destiny 2: Legacy Collection and later on included some other popular games including Ghostwire: Tokyo, The Outer Worlds: Spacer’s Choice Edition and Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.

Prior to that, players received the Tomb Raider Trilogy, Death Stranding, Borderlands 3, and more. Users also do not need to play the game as soon as they get them. Once claimed, these games will be available to download any time in the library.

There are other ways to get free games like people with Amazon's Prime Gaming subscription and also pick up different games time to time. However, at the moment, Epic Games Store is the best no strings attached free games.
