The real-life sim game InZoi will be released on March 28, 2025. It is Steam’s most wish-listed game, thanks to its impressive graphics and highly realistic gameplay. InZoi is expected to be a direct competitor to the leading life simulation game, 'The Sims'. The life genre game has a monopoly over the rest of the field with its impressive gameplay. The fans are enjoying it as it allows them to do things that they can't do in real life.
InZoi rival to 'The Sims'
But now it has a new competitor, InZoi. Even before its release, the game built a huge fan base on Steam, as it has the highest number of wishlists on the gaming platform. It surpassed upcoming life simulator games like Hollow Knight: Silksong, Deadlock and Elden Ring: Nightreign.
Before InZoi, Monster Hunter Wilds was the most wish-listed game in Steam and it became a huge hit after its release. We expect the same success for InZoi, as its graphics and open-world capabilities are near real. The other highly anticipated games are Mecha Break, Light No Fire, Subnautioca 2, Dune: Awakening, Borderlands 4 and Ark 2. The InZoi studio also provides special access and incentives to players who wishlisted this game on Steam.
They will now have access to create a new game character and build mode, which allows them to create their own characters and houses. InZoi also plans to release four updates within this calendar year. Currently, The Sims is the most dominant life simulator game in the market and many think InZoi will take some of its share in the coming years.
The developer Hyung-Jun Kim got the idea of developing a SIM game after his son asked him to build a competitor to ‘The Sims’. InZoi Studio will also feature more prospective players, which attracts many new gamers. It has all the possibilities to topple ‘The Sims’ in the life simulation genre.
