Some fans think they've seen a young NPC in one of the latest images of Grand Theft Auto 6. In an attempt to make up for the depressing news that the game would be delayed until 2026, Rockstar released the second video, which fans had been waiting for, along with several fresh pictures that showcased the breathtaking beauty of GTA 6's Leonida. However, an old dispute has been rekindled by one of these pictures.

Fans have been enraged by GTA 6's second teaser, particularly after Rockstar revealed that it was recorded in-game on a PS5. The video's incredibly realistic visuals have won praise from fans, who hope the next open-world game will raise the bar for realism. Meanwhile, GTA 6 may push some more realism; it eventually incorporates one of the most contentious elements the franchise has so far avoided.  Astute gamers have suggested that kids might be NPCs in Grand Theft Auto 6.

The new screenshot "Grassriver 02", which features a restaurant on the waterfront from a broad perspective, is the source of the conjecture. A child-like figure can be seen on the right side, seated at a table with two adult NPCs, which is probably a sign that they are the parents when you zoom in. Some fans believe that Rockstar may have finally figured out a method to incorporate minors in Grand Theft Auto, even though it may seem improbable for an open-world game with an adult rating to feature them. The closest the series got to including children was in Grand Theft Auto 3, since the beta version allegedly had street signs and school buses that alluded to their existence.

Grand Theft Auto 6 adds children to create realism

These components were eliminated from the final version, nevertheless. A game like Grand Theft Auto's realism and world immersion are enhanced when children are added, but the creator faces significant dangers. The franchise's freedom to commit extremely contentious crimes and use violence against NPCs makes it easy for the inclusion of kids to spark criticism.

Children's games that are autonomous and non-violent have also drawn criticism. In a recent instance, the developer stepped in when gamers abducted youngsters in InZOI. In light of everything said above, it is doubtful that children will be featured in Grand Theft Auto 6 unless Rockstar has managed to incorporate them without causing irreparable controversy.
