Elden Ring Nightreign pre-order revealed, game to release late May

Pre-orders for Elden Ring Nightreign are now available, along with more details regarding the game. With a $40 price tag for the base game across all platforms, Elden Ring Nightreign is already climbing the top of Steam’s global charts. The game is set to add a completely new experience from other FromSoftware games when it releases on May 30th, 2025.

Elden Ring Nightreign isn’t your typical FromSoft game with a weird story and a lot of exploration. Instead, the game focuses on quick sessions and plays as a roguelike title, which has attracted a lot of attention. Although there are some arguments that the price isn’t justified for a game with reused assets.

Elden Ring Nightreign pre-order guide

There are two variations of Elden Ring Nightreign gamers can pre-order ahead of its release. One is the base game costing $40 or Rs 2,499 in India, the same as the Shadow of the Erdtree expansion. The other is the ‘Deluxe Edition’ costing $50 or Rs 3,199 and comes with an additional DLC that will add more bosses and playable characters.

The additional DLC will NOT be available on launch and will be added sometime in Q4 2025. Players can likely purchase the DLC separately after launch if they do not want to purchase the deluxe edition. However, pre-ordering the game in FromSoft fashion will unlock an emote early.

What is Elden Ring Nightreign?
