How are Mumbai Indians performing in IPL 2025 so far?
Meanwhile, the five-time IPL champions Mumbai Indians are currently standing at the fifth spot. Hardik Pandya and his men have one win and two defeats from the three matches they have played so far. The side had an awful start to the tournament as they suffered a four-wicket defeat against CSK in their opening clash at the MA Chidambaram Cricket Stadium at Chepauk in Chennai.
After that, IPL 2022 champions Gujarat Titans emerged victorious by 36 runs against Mumbai Indians, handing them two straight defeats. However, Hardik Pandya and his men staged their remarkable comeback on their home turf at historic Wankhede Cricket Stadium in Mumbai as they toppled defending champions Kolkata Knight Riders by eight wickets.
The side had an awful season back in 2024. Mumbai Indians continued that horrendous form in the ongoing season. However, the side is now set to face Lucknow Super Giants, where they will be looking to mark their second straight victory in the tournament.
