Delhi Capitals aim to remain unbeaten against five-time IPL champions CSK!

Meanwhile, Delhi Capitals currently stands in the second position with two out of two wins. The side will be looking to maintain their unbeaten streak heading into this game against five-time IPL champions this Saturday.

How have the Delhi Capitals performed so far?

The side had a great start to their campaign, where they faced Lucknow Super Giants in the opening clash. The LSG has posted a huge total of 209/8 after a stellar batting display from Mitchell Marsh and Nicholas Pooran. In the chase, LSG reduced DC to 65/5, and despite that, DC was able to win the clash by one wicket. Star batters Ashutosh Sharma and Vipraj Nigam played fantastic knocks of 66 and 39 runs, respectively, to help their side win the opening clash by one wicket.

After that, Axar Patel and his men emerged victorious against IPL 2024 runner-up Sunrisers Hyderabad in the next clash. Pat Cummins and Co. were bundled out for 163 after their batting collapse. In the chase, Faf du Plessis hammered 50 off 27 balls, featuring three boundaries and three towering sixes, with star batter Abishek Porel hammering an unbeaten 34 off 18 balls before Indian wicketkeeper batter KL Rahul chipped in 15 off five balls to help DC win the clash by seven wickets.
