Rohit Sharma, captain of the Indian team, showed his fielding skills during day 4 of the second Test match between India and Bangladesh. During day 4, Rohit was fielding at short cover where he timed his jump and caught the ball which was hit by Litton Das. As Rohit Sharma took the catch, Indian players and fans were delighted to see the acrobatic style of the Indian captain.
Shubman Gill, who was thrilled at his captain's efforts, put his hands on his head in a gesture that mirrored the emotions of the crowd. As he celebrated a superb piece of fielding work that left Bangladesh reeling at 148 for 5, Rohit Sharma was surrounded by his teammates. Virat Kohli's incredible response went viral after a new footage of the teammates' reactions to the incredible catch surfaced later on Monday.
Later on Monday, a new video surfaced showing former India captain Virat Kohli laughing so hard that he was crying as the teammates surrounded Rohit Sharma to thank him for his effort. In the viral video, Kohli, Ravindra Jadeja, Siraj, and KL Rahul could be seen mimicking the captain's one-handed catch.

Mohammed Siraj delivered a fuller-length delivery in the 50th over of Bangladesh's innings. After stepping into bat on Monday, Litton Das attempted to be aggressive right away and attempted to clear the cover fielder. He did not, however, receive the required elevation. As the ball was in motion, Rohit executed a full-stretch leap.
Mushifqur Rahim was the first wicket of Day 4
Play resumed on Monday morning after rain on Saturday and Sunday had caused play to be abandoned, with Bangladesh losing three early wickets. Mushfiqur Rahim was dismissed by Jasprit Bumrah to start the Indian team's innings. Bumrah delivered an exquisite ball that pitched beyond the off-stump, seaming in and striking the upper part of the off-stump. Meanwhile India spinner Ravindra Jadeja took 300 test wickets.
India bowled down Bangladesh on 233 runs and scored 285 runs before delcaring the innings. As Day 5 starts Bangladesh are currently 92 for four are are leading by 40 runs.
