Jasprit Bumrah became the latest addition to the Lord's honors board, as he claimed 5/74 in his 27 overs in the first innings of the third Test against England. The unorthodox bowler picked the wickets of Harry Brook, Joe Root, Ben Stokes, Chris Woakes, and Jofra Archer, as he helped India dismiss England to 387 in 112.3 overs.

The Indian bowlers have been on the honors board even before World War 2. Bowlers like M Nissar and L Amar Singh took a fifer at the Home of Cricket before the war broke out. After the war, there were other additions like Lala Amarnath, Vinoo Mankad, Ramakant Desai, Bhagwath Chandrasekhar, Bishan Bedi, and Kapil Dev, before India won the 1983 World Cup.

Till the end of the 20th century, the Honors board witnessed the addition of bowlers like Chetan Sharma and Venkatesh Prasad. In the 21st century, bowlers like RP Singh, Praveen Kumar, Ishant, Bhuvneshwar, and now Jasprit have made it to the list. As of 2025, 15 Indian bowlers feature in the Lord's Honors Board.
