Top eight ODI teams in the world get ready to play 2025 ICC Champions Trophy in just under a month. Defending champions Pakistan are set to host the tournament, with India playing all their games in Dubai. Since the tournament began in 1998, some of the best-allrounders in ICC history have taken part in the tournament.
The first ever Champions Trophy tournament or then known as the ICC Knockout Trophy was won by South Africa. Jacques Kallis played a key role with the bat and ball as he helped Hansie Cronje led side beat West Indies in the finals to win their maiden ICC title.

The 36-year-old was the key man for India during the 2013 tournament that India won under MS Dhoni by beating England in the finals. Ravindra Jadeja has played 19 matches in the tournament scoring 95 runs. His best is 47 not out and Jadeja has an average of 95 with a strike rate of 118. With the ball, Jadeja has picked 16 wickets with his best of 5/36 coming at the Oval against West Indies.

Former West Indian skipper Dwanye Bravo is fourth on the list for best All-Rounder in ICC Champions Trophy tournament. Bravo, played in four tournaments of the tournament. The former West Indian skipper played 15 matches scoring 220 runs with a best of 112 not out that came against England in Ahmedabad during 2006 edition. With the ball, Bravo picked 15 wickets with a best of 3/14 against Bangladesh in Jaipur.

Australia’s former powerhouse, Shane Watson is third on the list for being one of the best all-rounder in Champions Trophy history. Watson was a central figure for Australia in their two title wins in 2006 and 2009. Watson had played 17 games in total and scored 453 runs with the bat with two centuries and two fifties each. The right-handed batter scored centuries in the semi-finals and finals of the 2009 event to help his side retain their title. With the ball, Shane Watson picked 17 wickets with his best of 3/16 coming against England. His wickets included Ian Bell, Andrew Flintoff, and Michael Yardy.

The greatest all-rounder in ICC history was former South African legend Jacques Kallis. In Champions Trophy history, Kallis scored 653 runs from 17 matches with one century and three fifties with an average of 46. His only century came during the semi-finals of the 1998 tournament against Sri Lanka. Kallis, also picked 20 wickets with a best of 5/30 against West Indies in the finals of the 1998 edition.

The former West Indian skipper played 17 matches scoring 791 runs with an average of 52 with three centuries and one fifty. All of his three tons came during the 2006 edition. His first ton came against Bangladesh during the Qualifying tournament. This was followed by centuries against England and South Africa in successive matches. With the ball, Gayle picked 17 wickets with a best of 3/3 against Zimbabwe in Ahmedabad.
