Millions of Formula 1 fans are waiting to see the last dance of Lewis Hamilton with Mercedes at the Abu Dhabi Grand Prix. The iconic driver has achieved the most in his career after joining the Mercedes team in 2013. From 2014 to 2021, Lewis Hamilton won 6 world championships out of 8. Only Nico Rosberg and Max verstappen managed to defeat the British driver. After 2021 Mercedes lost their form and has been struggling since then.
They are now 4th in the constructor's championship and their drivers George Russell and Lewis Hamilton are sixth and Seventh in the driver's title. Lewis has already announced that he will be joining the Ferrari team from next year and this year will be his last year with the Silver Arrows team.
So everyone is expecting Lewis Hamilton to finish on a high at the Yas Marina circuit. But there came the heartbreak which no one was ready to take. The 7-time world champion was knocked out of the first qualifying session after a bollard spoiled his race.

The Haas driver Kevin Magnussen was the culprit to spoil the Mercedes driver's session. He was on his slow-down lap and moved to the corner to leave space for Lewis. But without knowing he broke the bollard from its place, which went straight under Hamilton’s car in a perfect timing.

The British driver was on his qualifying lap and the bollard went under his car spoiling his pace and finished the session with P17. Lewis Hamilton was also Unlucky during the Qatar Grand prix as a broken mirror spoiled his race and now the same kind of situation is repeated which is frustrating for him.
Abu Dhabi has given Hamilton many heartbreaks over the years. This is the same circuit where he lost two world titles, one to Max verstappen and another to Nico Rosberg. He was once the luckiest driver on the grid but now become the unluckiest man. Remember, Fortune favours the brave.
