The McLaren Formula 1 team has launched a new Special livery ahead of the Singapore Grand Prix. This new livery is designed to honour McLaren's history in Formula 1 and its achievements. Singapore GP is becoming very special for many Formula 1 teams as many teams with special livery will be seen this weekend.

Mercedes and RB have already launched their special livery for the Singapore Grand Prix. And now McLaren joined the party with the new ‘Legend Reborn’ Livery partnering with OKX.

Mclaren’s ‘Legend Reborn’ Livery

The Special livery was Co-designed by McLaren and OKX. This livery is meant to celebrate the MP4 era of McLaren from 1981 to 1996. That’s why the car is mixed with Mclaren’s Papaya color scheme honouring the team's heritage.

Mclaren’s CEO Zak Brown and Mclaren’s drivers Lando Norris and Oscar Pisatri will be unveiling the new livery on track before the race in Singapore. Names of 13 iconic drivers who raced for McLaren in the past such as Ayrton Senna, Alain Prost, and Niki Lauda are written in the cockpit.

In this year's Monaco Grand Prix, we have already seen McLaren honouring its legendary Driver Ayrton Senna with a special livery called ‘Mclarens SENNA presented by OKX’.

Talking about the new livery Mclarens Chief Marketing Officer Louise McEwen said. “It is fantastic to bring back our third bespoke livery in Singapore with OKX. Legend Reborn is a great way to celebrate and honour our iconic history, in a way that unites fans old and new.”

“Following on from this year's Senna Campaign, this livery further embodies our partnership with OKX as we continue to deliver unique storytelling campaigns for Mclaren fans and OKX customers globally,” he added.

Mclaren recently took the constructors championship lead from Red Bull for the first time in a decade. Mclaren’s Oscar Piastri won the Azerbaijan Grand Prix. Lando Norris of Mclaren has a nice chance to become the world champion this year by beating Max Verstappen.
