Royal Rumble has been one of the top PLEs in WWE for a long time. The event's main attraction is the Battle Royal which enables the wrestlers to eliminate their opponents by throwing them out of the ring from the top of the apron. A wrestler will enter the ring after every 90 seconds and the last wrestler to remain in the ring will be the winner.
The winner of the Royal Rumble will get a chance to face the world champion of their choice at WrestleMania. The concept was started for the first time in 1988. Since then, there have been multiple wrestlers who have emerged victorious. However, only nine wrestlers have won it more than once. Only one WWE Superstar has won the Royal Rumble thrice.
