WWE SummerSlam continues to be a mainstay WWE event, carrying on its rich history. The third-longest pay-per-view in the promotion is scheduled for August 3 at Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, and the card is looking excellent.
The WWE Women's Championship and the World Heavyweight Championship have been recognised competitions for a considerable amount of time. Gunther and Nia Jax earned title opportunities for their organisations' titles at SummerSlam on May 25 after winning the King and Queen of the Ring events in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia.
While approaching the SummerSlam season, both WWE women's champion Bayley and world heavyweight champion Damian Priest will be defending their championships. The most anticipated matches at SummerSlam have been heavily promoted but have not yet been officially announced.
Drew McIntyre and CM Punk are headed for a collision after Drew McIntyre was injured by Punk in a January Royal Rumble altercation, losing him three world titles. During the SummerSlam 2024, there will be seven matches taking place which are as follows:
- For the World Heavyweight Title – Damian Priest will face Gunter
- For the Intercontinental Championship – Bron Breakker vs Sami Zayn
- For United State Championship – Logan Paul vs LA Knight
- WWE Women’s Championship – Bayley vs Nia Jax
- Women’s World Championship – Liv Morgan vs Rhea Ripley
- WWE Undisputed Championship – Cody Rhodes vs Solo Sika
- CM Punk vs Drew McIntyre in a Special Guest Referee match. Seth Rollins will be the special referee for this match.

SummerSlam 2024 will be taking place on 3rd August 2024 in Cleveland Browns Stadium in Cleveland, Ohio. The SummerSlam 2024 kick-off show will be held on 2nd August outside Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse in Cleveland, Ohio.
