Damian Priest extended a mark of respect for Jey Uso in the live show in Mexico. The Judgement Day member overcame the star wrestler in the show and was on his way back to the locker room. However, he stopped on his way and came back to help Jey recover. As his right hand extended the support, the younger Uso was a bit surprised.

One would have thought Damian was up to deliver a South of Heaven Chokeslam. Priest surprised everyone by extending his support to Jey Uso. The World Heavyweight Champion gave his hand and pulled the younger Uso back to his senses. A surprised Jey wondered why Damian did what he did. Priest came up with yet another surprise.

The Judgement Day member signalled 'yeet' to Jey and the fans for showing up in the live show. The fans cheered the gesture of the world champion in the ring. The users on social media claimed it to be a great act. Damian emerged victorious in Mexico and got the much-needed warm-up a few weeks before he would take on Gunther at SummerSlam.

Damian Priest's face-turn loading

Just a few months back before becoming the world champion, Damian was just like any other member of the faction. However, winning the title has changed Damian Priest as a person. He does not want any interference from the members of the Judgement Day in his matches. Likewise, he does not interfere in their business. He wants to prove himself as a great champion.

Finn Balor observed it and claimed winning the title has brought a change in the El Camepon. These are signs of the star wrestler turning face in the near future. At SummerSlam, the Ring General is likely to win the title. The real challenge for Priest will arise in Cleveland. He is likely to part ways with the Judgement Day which could lead to his singles run.
