On May 10th of 2025, WWE Backlash took place in St. Louis. The night started with the Fatal 4-way match for the US Championship between Jacob Fatu, Damian Priest, LA Knight, and Drew McIntyre, which saw Fatu win with the assistance of the debutant Jeff Cobb. Dominik Mysterio successfully defended his IC Title with the help of the Judgement Day Members.
