The ending for WrestleMania XL was insane. The main event of night two witnessed some of the greatest WWE Superstars of all time like The Rock, John Cena, The Undertaker, Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, Cody Rhodes, and so on. The match itself turned out to be fantastic with several great moments. But the match's last 15-20 minutes felt like the Avengers Endgame.
It's like the best Superstars in the industry assembled to let Cody finish his story. It was after all a Bloodline rules match which needed a special interference. At one point, Cody seemed to have an upper hand in the match. Jimmy Uso came to the rescue of the tribal chief and delivered a super kick to Cody. To neutralize Jimmy, his younger brother came.
Jey delivered a spear through the entrance stage and neutralized things. That was when Solo Sikoa entered the picture and delivered Samoan Spike to Cody. With Reigns alongside him, Solo delivered a combo of Samoan spike with Roman's Spear. To neutralize Solo, John Cena entered the arena for a loud pop. He offered an AA to Roman followed by an AA through the announcer's table to Sikora.
Three all-time greats in the arena
Soon after that, the final boss entered the arena. The faceoff between him and the 16-time champion was brilliant. As the Rock delivered a Rock bottom to Cena, Seth Rollins came to the theme music of the 'Shield'. Roman delivered him a Superman punch and with an opportunity to hit either him or Cody, chose to hit the visionary which probably cost him the match.
As the final boss was about to dictate terms, the lights went off. The crowd went insane as The Undertaker came to the fore. The American badass executed the choke slam and showed who the final boss of WrestleMania was. Cody went into beast mode and delivered three cross Rhodes on a trot to pin the tribal chief. He did not just finish his story but also ended the monumental era of the tribal chief.
