After gaining popularity, Cena released his debut album, including the smash song "The Time Is Now," to which he walked out to the ring. Given his newfound celebrity, the CD was published at just the right moment.

Following twenty-three years of spectacular wrestling, Cena revealed that he will be retiring from the scene in 2025. WrestleMania 41 will be his last WrestleMania before he retires since he will hang up his boots at the end of next year. Wrestling fans would anticipate an appearance from the sixteen-time world champion at SummerSlam, even if he hasn't appeared since Money in the Bank. Before he retires, this year may be his second-to-last SummerSlam.
