Brock Lesnar's absence from WWE televised programming has sparked extensive speculation regarding his future with the promotion. The WWE legal team's stance on his prospective comeback has now been disclosed.

Cowboy Brock Lesnar, a former WWE champion, has been out of the company for quite some time. Brock Lesnar last performed in the Squared Circle for WWE fans at Summer Slam 2023 when The Beast Incarnate and The American Nightmare Cody Rhodes were at the height of their feud.

Since SummerSlam 2023, Brock Lesnar has not made an appearance on WWE television. WWE has mostly delayed Lesnar's return because to his involvement in the Janel Grant lawsuit against Vince McMahon, the company's former owner, as well as other prominent former WWE officials.

WWE frequently inquires about Brock Lesnar's situation in WWE and the company, and the company's CCO, Triple H, has never disputed that Brock Lesnar is no longer with the organization but has yet to provide a proper update on his return. Dave Meltzer just offered uncensored updates on Brock Lesnar's condition in the most recent edition of WOR.

Dave Meltzer went on to say that Brock Lesnar's comeback is ultimately dependent on Janel Grant's lawsuit and how it proceeds. If Brock Lesnar returns, it's because a WWE lawyer gave him the go-light, and if he doesn't, it's all on the company's legal team.

Brock Lesnar enjoying his time with family

After Triple H made his claim, one post on ViperNews said that Brock Lesnar was not currently scheduled to return and that only one WWE wrestler could make Brock Lesnar Gunther appear again. Prior to the Janel Grant controversy, Brock Lesnar and Gunther planned to make a comeback at WrestleMania XL. Would you see Brock Lesnar and Gunther fight? Given that Brock Lesnar is now in Canada and most likely enjoying himself greatly with his family, we will have to wait and see whether he decides to rejoin the WWE in the future.
