Professional wrestlers choose to work in a field that requires extraordinary strength. Performing a suplex requires sufficient strength to raise another person into the air, and even apparently insignificant factors like taking a bump from the technique have the potential to go wrong.
The Great Khali would have a strength demonstration moment backstage before his battle against Batista and Rey Mysterio at Unforgiven 2007. The champion would shatter a watermelon and then a cantaloupe while wearing a mask emblazoned with Rey Mysterio's face.

What happened in the match
Khali controlled the first minute by kicking and punching the turnbuckle. In an attempt to put Khali over, the announcers exaggerated how hard he was striking as he delivered two clotheslines. Khali's kick knocked Batista out of the ring. Khali returned to the ring and gave a clean cut to the head twice. Batista was thrown twice into the ring post by Khali.
Batista was pushed into the turnbuckle by Khali. Even though he didn't usually do that, Batista leaped to the top, and Khali used the Khali Bomb double chokeslam to get two counts. Khali took the steel chair from the referee after Singh threw it into the ring and struck Batista in the back with it. When the referee noticed it, he rang the bell to disqualify the player.
