Jey Uso wished India on its 76th Republic Day and followed it up with a 'yeet'. The Main Event Jey put on a stellar performance in his match against Gunther on SNME. After losing to the Ring General, Jey registered his name in the Men's Royal Rumble 2025 match hoping to get a shot at the world title.
Jey clapped and greeted the Indian WWE fans. The star wrestler wished the fans a happy 76th Indian Republic Day and followed it up with his iconic 'Yeet'. "WWE Universe India, this is Main Event Jey Uso. I'm here to wish you guys a happy Indian Republic Day. Yeet!" said Main Event Jey as he wished the Indian fans.

The video was posted by the official handle of WWE India on X, Instagram, and other social media platforms before the main event of SNME. Jey heartfully sent his wishes to the India fans and received luck for his match against Gunther. Unfortunately, it was not the night Jey hoped for.
Jey Uso registers his name for the Men's Royal Rumble 2025
The former tag team champion delivered arguably his greatest performance as a singles wrestler. However, it was not good enough to dethrone the Ring General who seemed the more resilient of the two on the given night. Gunther kicked out at two even after sustaining two Spears and a Uso splash.
The Imperium star was as determined as Jey to claim a win. Given his experience of wrestling some of the best in-ring stars regularly, Gunther managed to bring his A game against his opponent. Jey had the crowd on his back and nearly pulled off the greatest win of his career to date.
It seems like Jey will have to wait for his opportunities. After losing to Gunther, the star wrestler registered his name in the Men's Royal Rumble 2025 match to get a shot at the world title. He joined the elite list of Superstars to have registered for the match like Roman Reigns, John Cena, and so on.
