While some felt it happened accidentally, others argued Nia did it on purpose. As Mami defended her title, Nia registered her name for the Women's Royal Rumble 2025 match.
Nia Jax did not waste any time as she went after Rhea as soon as the bell rang on SNME. The duo delivered a great match to start the night. Fans were invested in it and cheered each move and spot. The duo kicked out of each other's move often and showed determination to claim a win.

During one of the sequences in the match, Mami was on top of Nia. As Jax tried to get support to move out of the spot, she grabbed the top half of Mami's thighs. The segment went viral on X, Instagram, and other social media platforms with mixed reactions from the fans.

While some felt it was not intentional by Nia, others felt she did it on purpose. After the sequence, Rhea dominated the match. She delivered some exceptional spots like Hurricanrana, and Code Red following a reversal and a terrific Riptide. Mami successfully defended her title by claiming a win via pinfall.
As promised, Mami ended the night on top by remaining the champion. On the other hand, Jax could not get the job done and was angry with herself. She hence registered herself for the Women's Rumble match to try and win to get a shot at the world title. She might be the toughest wrestler to be eliminated from the Women's Rumble match.
Despite going down, Nia showed her improvement as a wrestler. The mighty wrestler seems to have a good in-ring chemistry with Ripley as most of their matches in the last few years have been great. Fans wished to see more of them either in a feud or in some segments.
