WATCH: Becky Lynch makes surprise return at WrestleMania 41; wins WWE Tag Team title

The WWE Women's Tag Team Championship was at stake when Lyra Valkyria and an unidentified partner fought off against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez. Lyra and Bayley were supposed to join up, however, she was pulled from the match due to a backstage attack. In the bout, Becky Lynch returned to replace Bayley, leaving the fans wondering who would step in. 

Raquel Rodriguez and Liv Morgan became the first to emerge as the Women's Tag Team Champions. Lyra Valkyria then emerged, decked up in her unique WrestleMania wings. Following that, fans eagerly awaited the announcement of the following figure.

As Lyra Valkyria's new tag team partner, Becky Lynch made her much-anticipated comeback to the arena on Sunday night, competing against Liv Morgan and Raquel Rodriguez for the WWE Women's Tag Team Championships. Then Lynch came out from behind the curtain to the famous 'Celtic Invasion' soundtrack, which sent the crowd at Allegiant Stadium into a frenzy. Liv Morgan was not pleased with the way things had turned out.

Becky Lynch returned to win after a year wait

Since losing to Morgan in a Steel Cage Match in May of last year, the multiple Women's Champion has been out of action. The last WWE bout that Becky Lynch participated in was on May 27, 2024, in the Enmarket Arena in Savannah, Georgia, on a Monday Night RAW program. She competed for the WWE Women's World Championship against Liv Morgan in a Steel Cage Match, which Morgan won. 

Becky Lynch won the championships with a flawless Man Handle Slam on Liv Morgan following an intense bout. Following their victory celebration, it appears that The Man has returned, and Lyra has won a tag team title in addition to her Women's IC title, making her a double champion.
