Vince McMahon is in trouble amidst the ongoing lawsuit from Janel Grant. About six creative writers have accused Mr McMahon of sexism and bullying during his reign as the Chairman of the company. The writers had a lot of things to say against Vince which were their instances of being treated badly for doing their job. The report has gone viral and the fans have been behind the writers.

One of the WWE writers described an incident where Vince McMahon yelled at him despite preparing a script that was accepted by everyone. He described it to be an intense moment. Another writer described that WWE is a kingdom ruled by fear. He added that the motivating factor in the company is fear.

"He turned to me and he said, 'So you didn’t give me what I wanted?' I said, 'I understand, I'm sorry. We all went over it and felt good about it, we just made the small tweak.' And then he started just yelling at me. It was such an intense moment. I walked out with my tail between my legs," said a writer.

'WWE is a kingdom ruled by fear' - Former creative writer

"WWE is a kingdom ruled by fear. It is the motivating factor everywhere: fear," claimed a writer. One of the other writers felt their input hardly mattered and added that Vince would do what he felt was right. Having worked with Triple H, he felt there was a change in the working environment.

"Scores of writers could share tales of what an enjoyable, creative, and freewheeling environment the WWE writer's rooms were. This handful of (obviously disgruntled) individuals aren’t representative in any way of the consensus — or of the truth," claimed a writer.

A former writer spoke about the regard and described the creative room as toxic under McMahon. He claimed that one of the nasty jokes was being cut and everyone was forced to laugh. He felt none were ready to stand for each other due to the fear of getting fired.
