Prediction for first ever NXT Battleground in UFC Arena

On the 9th of June 2024, NXT is set to witness its next PLE. Battleground is set to create history as it will be hosted by the UFC Arena, the first-of-its-kind collaboration between WWE and UFC. A total of six matches are scheduled to take place in the event. Each of them is different from the others and promises to be great. Here are the matches and the potential winners.

Women's Division

NXT Women’s North American Championship Match: Sol Ruca vs. Lash Legend vs. Jaida Parker vs. Fallon Henley vs. Kelani Jordan vs. Michin

This will be a chaotic match. Six wrestlers will be taking on each other in a ladder match to be the inaugural NXT Women's North American Champion. Some of the best wrestlers from NXT and the main roster will be a part of it. While all of them have a good chance of winning it, Lash Legend might be victorious. Sol Ruca is likely to be the MVP of the match. But to get the story between Lash and Trick Williams going, a win for Legend would be good.

NXT Underground Match: Shayna Baszler vs. Lola Vice

Shayna Baszler trained Lola Vice to win the first-ever women's underground match against Natalya. In the following weeks, Lola turned against her coach and vowed to avenge the domination. The two will be taking on each other in the same Underground battle. Vice is a star in NXT and Baszler might not even be making it to NXT after the PLE. There is a good chance of Vice winning it, though Shayna might give a tough fight.

NXT Women’s Championship Match: Roxanne Perez vs. Jordynne Grace

This is a first-of-its-kind match, as the two champions will be taking on each other. Only one of their belts will be on the line. Roxanne is set to defend her NXT Women's Championship against Jordynne Grace, whose TNA Knockout Women's Championship will not be under the line. Though Grace is too big of a force to reckon with in TNA, Perez must win it, as having the biggest NXT belt of the Women's Division in TNA does not make sense. 

Men's Division

NXT Tag Team Championship Match: Axiom and Nathan Frazer vs. The O.C.

The tag team champions Axiom and Nathan Frazer will be defending their title against The O.C. The entire faction that supported AJ Styles has landed on NXT. However, Frazer and Axiom have proven themselves to be a good team team. As champions, they have been brilliant in defending their title against all opponents. They won the title after beating Bron Breakker and Baron Corbin. Beating The O.C. should not be a difficult task.

NXT North American Championship Match: Oba Femi vs. Wes Lee vs. Joe Coffey

This might turn out to be the match of the night. Triple-threat matches are always interesting to watch. But here, we have some of the best wrestlers on the roster. Oba Femi has been a dominant champion so far and looks nearly unbeatable. Wes Lee is one of the most athletic wrestlers and Joe Coffey has the fire to succeed. After an incredible match, Femi must be able to defend the title and prove why he is one of the greatest North American Champions of all time. 

NXT Championship Match: Trick Williams vs. Ethan Page

The Main event of the night is set to feature Trick Williams' title defense. The NXT Champion will be up against Ethan Page who recently signed his contract with WWE. The former AEW star claimed himself to be responsible for the attack on Noam Dar and others. It has set the match between Trick and him. Williams has an aura, promo skills, and the attitude required for a mega champion. There is no way he is going to lose the match to a debutant.
