Lola Vice sends message to Shayna Baszler, Dante Chen beats Lexis King

Lola Vice defeated Arianna Grace on NXT. It was an easy win for Vice as she did not have to break a sweat to beat Grace. The charisma of Grace was great to watch. But she could not put up enough fight. Vice had an easy outing as she was totally dominant over Arianna and she did not even have to fight hard to claim a win. Ahead of NXT Battleground, it was a confidence booster for Vice.

After the match, Shayna Baszler came to the arena and tried to attack Lola. It happened as the glamorous wrestler sent a message to the 2-time NXT Women's Champion. Lola claimed that she would beat the hell out of Baszler on NXT Battleground. That was when Shayna came to the arena and looked for blood. The security guards had to intervene to stop a potential brawl. 

In backstage, some promos were cut. An important one among them was from Charlie Dempsey who aimed to reclaim the NXT Heritage Cup Championship from Tony D'Angelo. In another promo, Oba Femi sent a message to Wes Lee saying that he would remain the NXT North American Champion after NXT Battleground match against him and Joe Coffey.

Lexis King attacks Dante Chen after losing

Lexis King attacked Dante Chen after losing his scheduled match against Dante Chen. Last week on NXT, Chen had the moment of his life after beating King. It was a massive win for the Singapore wrestler. He cut a promo before the natch and claimed his motive to put Singapore on the wrestling map and make the fans proud. He did exactly that by beating King.

Many claimed that his win against Lexis in the last week was fluke. Chen wanted to prove everyone wrong and he did. Lexis could not accept the defeat and attacked Dante. He took out the mat outside the ring and delivered a face breaker. The fans started to boo Lexis for his act. But Dante won the hearts of the fans by claiming a win for the 2nd time in a row.
