Logan Paul deletes his tweet after sharing his views on Imane Khelif controversies

WWE: WWE superstar Logan Paul has now shared his thoughts on the topic. Logan Paul posted a series of Twitter posts in which he referred to it as ‘evil’.

This time the Paris 2024 Olympics is surrounded by lots of controversies which in the many controversies is led by Imane Khelif. Imane Khelif is a biological female and many fans believe trans women compete in the women’s category. Imane Khelif won her previous match and social media exploded. WWE superstar Logan Paul has now shared his thoughts on the topic. Logan Paul posted a series of Twitter posts in which he referred to it as ‘evil’.

Imane Khelif was born a female and is competing in a 145.5-pound boxing match. In the last game, she faced Angela Carini of Italy and won the match as Angela Carini called off the match in 46 seconds. This was also a debut match of Angela Carini. 

In the first round, Imane Khelif gave a blow to Angel Carini’s face and she walked near the corner in pain. However, this led in to cancel her fight and the Algerian boxer was the winner of the match. This led to outrage in social media as fans believed that Imane Khelif was placed in women’s category. As Imane Khelif was announced the winner of the match Angela Carini wouldn’t hold her tears.

Logan Paul, an American Youtuber and WWE star went on to express his thoughts on Twitter. But later Twitter deleted his post. As Pink Villa, wrote, “This is the purest form of evil unfolding right before your eyes. A man was allowed to beat up a woman on a global stage, crushing her life's dream while fighting for her deceased father. This delusion must end.”

This post was instantly received with criticism from fans. As Imane Khelif is a biological female, Paul was accused of spreading false information. Despite removing his original tweet addressing the alleged 'evil' contest, The Maverick refused to change his mind on the matter.

Imane Khelif previously failed the gender eligibility test for the 2023 IBA Women's World Boxing Championships. This was listed as a source in Paul's subsequent article. Despite a history of elimination in prior competitions, the Algerian boxer has been authorized to fight in the 2024 Olympics.
