Logan Paul, a WWE star, is also a social media influencer. He has faced another litigation over Prime Hydration, a beverage firm he controls. According to the New York Times, the US Olympic and Paralympic Committee has launched a lawsuit against Prime for using the name "Olympic" to describe their beverages.

The focus of this complaint is Kevin Durant's approved Prime flavor, which features all of these Olympic phrases on its packaging that are related to his exploits. The USOC accuses Prime of trademark infringement and demands that it pay all earnings from the sale of these drinks, as well as millions in additional damages.

During a meeting, Prime Hydration's representatives were asked to remove their goods from shop shelves by an Olympic Committee attorney. Despite this, the same lawsuit claims that advertisements for them on various social media sites persisted in their distribution and promotion.

A portion of this dispute stems from an existing contract between the Olympic Committee and the Coca-Cola Company, under which Coca-Cola pays astronomical sums of money in exchange for the exclusive right to use any Olympic-related trademarks.

They contend that Prime's unauthorized engagement not only violates the agreement but also jeopardizes any future cooperation advantageous to the Olympics as a whole. It was founded in 2022 by KSI and Logan Paul, both YouTubers and has occasionally sparked controversy.

The beverage was formerly criticised for having a high caffeine content

This beverage was formerly criticised for having a high caffeine content, which alarmed health authorities throughout the globe regarding the beverage's possible to encourage childhood usage. In addition, Prime has drawn additional attention for a number of legal problems, including lawsuits brought against them over PFAS (polyfluoroalkyl substances), hazardous chemicals linked to a number of detrimental health effects.

This continuing court case highlights how complex partnership partnerships can be, with organizations going to any extent to safeguard their business interests as well as other private agreements they have engaged in. If the lawsuit goes forward, both Prime Hydration and USOC may face serious consequences, establishing precedents for future celebrities and influencers on how to use trademarked words in their economic endeavors.
