The Men's Royal Rumble 2025 will take place on the 1st of February, Saturday, in Indianapolis. It will be the 38th edition of the Premium Live Event which grants a wrestler a shot at the world title at WrestleMania. The format of the match is such that 30 wrestlers will take part to eliminate each other by throwing them out from the top of the apron.
The only way to win the Royal Rumble is to end the match without getting eliminated. There have been 37 editions of the Royal Rumble in the Men's division from 1988 to 2024. A total of 28 wrestlers have won the Royal Rumble at least once. More often than not, the wrestlers who won the Royal Rumble went on to win at WrestleMania.
