John Cena delivered an Attitude Adjustment to R Truth in the post-match conference after his match against Randy Orton in the Main Event of WWE Backlash 2025. The Leader of the Cenation Army warned Ron of the repercussions while talking to the media. Despite that, Truth got excited and entered Cena's space, which led to him getting attacked.

During the match between Cena and Randy, R Truth was crucial for Cena, as he distracted the Viper from delivering a Punt Kick to the 17-time world champion. Cena regained the momentum and ended up claiming a win via pinfall.

Truth claimed he was the only one who supported Cena despite the "You can't wrestle" and "Cena sucks chants."

Will John Cena face R Truth on Saturday Night's Main Event?

As the star wrestler tried to get closer to Cena, the 17-time world champion got angry and delivered him an AA through the table, which marked the end of the press conference. Cena said there were no more questions to be asked and vacated the scene.

As per the reports, Cena is set to face R Truth on Saturday Night's Main Event. The duo could make for a good story, which could further guide Cena towards his face turn. Truth has been supporting John even after his heel turn.
