Two superstars made their separate Money in the Bank ladder match announcements on tonight's WWE Raw. MITB is scheduled to open in Toronto, Canada next month; however, Jey Uso and Lyra Valkyria would want to start ahead. Uso emerged from the crowd and thought back on his year-and-a-half of adventure.

Jey Uso has proven he can be a successful solo performer throughout his time in the Bloodline. Even though Jey and his brothers had arguments, he surprised everyone by pinning Roman Reigns. He became well-known on the RAW roster after departing from the Bloodline.

He discusses his time in The Bloodline, how his connections with the group deteriorated, and how he recognized he could shine on his own. He claims he has "one more" summer plan: to climb the ladder and seize the Money in the Bank briefcase, therefore becoming Mr. Money in the Bank.

Though Uso is popular among fans, he has yet to win a singles championship in WWE. Giving him the briefcase would add another dimension to his complicated narrative, with the eventual payoff of a singles title win of his choice. Cathy Kelley meets Valkyria backstage to discuss Becky Lynch and her plans.

Lynch defeated by Liv Morgan in a steel cage rematch

Lynch was defeated by Liv Morgan in a steel cage rematch for the Women's World Championship last week. According to reports, her contract was set to expire that same weekend. Although it is improbable that she would depart and may have already signed a new contract, WWE is still playing up the situation on air.

When asked what's next for her, she says she was inspired by Uso and wants to compete in this year's Women's Money in the Bank ladder match. Lyra Valkyria has had a tremendous run on the main roster since being called up from NXT in April. She won her first three battles and soon gained support from the crowd, but she lost to Nia Jax in the finals of the Queen of the Ring competition in Saudi Arabia.
