Grant's representative claimed that the abusive culture was allowed for a long time in WWE under the past leadership. It added that nothing has been done to make the people accountable for being responsible for their actions. The statement claimed WWE's lack of initiative could backfire for them in the future.

"For far too long, abuse was allowed to thrive under WWE’s leadership. Instead of righting this wrong, WWE has done nothing to ensure those responsible are held accountable. This attempt to sweep misconduct under the rug will backfire," Grant's representative claimed in the statement.

The representative hoped that Lesnar to be produced in front of the Law of Court and pointed at Grant's updated Lawsuit where the abuse she sustained in the company by Vince McMahon and others was explained in detail.

"We look forward to the full set of facts, including those about Mr. Lesnar, coming out in a court of law where they belong, but, in the meantime, we refer you back to Janel Grant’s updated complaint, which outlines, in detail, the abuse she endured by McMahon and others while employed at WWE," Grant's representative added in the statement.

It was brave for WWE to clear Brock to wrestle, given that his name was mentioned in the Lawsuit. While the case is going on in the court, WWE decided to pull the trigger for Lesnar's return at SummerSlam 2025, given that some fans demanded it.
