Among these, one of the most celebrated is the collaboration with WWE, prominently featuring none other than wrestling superstar John Cena. The crossover, titled ‘Scooby-Doo! WrestleMania Mystery premiered as a direct-to-DVD animated movie. It brought together the worlds of mystery-solving teens and professional wrestling in a delightfully unexpected way.

What is the plot of Scooby-Doo x WWE crossover?

The plot follows Scooby-Doo, Shaggy, and the rest of the Mystery Inc. gang as they win a trip to WWE City, an extravagant location centred around the world of WWE. However, their vacation takes a dramatic turn when a ghost bear begins wreaking havoc, threatening the highly anticipated WrestleMania event.

Enter John Cena, the larger-than-life WWE Superstar, who joins forces with the Scooby-Doo gang to solve the mystery and save WrestleMania. Cena, along with other WWE stars like AJ Lee, Triple H, and The Miz, lends his voice to his animated counterpart, bringing a level of authenticity and excitement to the crossover.

Cena’s character quickly became a fan favourite, not only for his heroic deeds but also for his humorous interactions with the gang. One of the movie’s standout moments features Cena performing his signature Attitude Adjustment move on the ghost bear, blending the worlds of wrestling and animation in a way that thrilled viewers. Notably, John Cena is currently on his retirement tour as he announced during this year's Money In The Bank event.
