Sami Zayn won the match against Chad Gable at Clash at the Castle. It was chaotic and full of drama and the champion ended up defending his title in the end. The match had insane support for Sami as the crowd chanted his name and sang the song throughout the match. For Gable, it was a frightening night, as the crowd booed him.

The Alpha Academy member received "You Suck chants". He had to step up and deliver a great performance. The duo of Zayn and Chad indeed delivered a brilliant match. The fans chanted 'This is awesome" and acknowledged the feud between the two. During the match, Gable tried to assert his dominance against the members of the academy. He asked Otis to come to his aid.

As Zayn was down the ringside, Otis did not attempt to attack him. Despite the annoyance of Chad, Otis did not play cheap tricks. The match continued in the ringside and the two went up against each other. Gable further asked Maxxine Dupri to smash Sami Zayn with the title. Just when she was about to obey her coach, Dupri stopped out of compassion for the champion.

As Dupri seemed to be in deep pain, Otis copped some blows. He recovered and carried Dupri on his way back to the locker room and refused to assist Gable. Sami delivered a helluva kick and pinned Gable to claim a win. Sami celebrated the win. Otis and Dupri cared the least for their teammate. Chad seemed to be angry for not being able to claim a win. Sami signaled his shots at the title were over.
